Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh: The Ministry has actively built a plan to ensure the safety for all meetings. Specifically, relevant agencies and units built detailed plans, coordinate with relevant forces to assess, forecast all senarios. The Ministry of National Defence has defined that COVID-19 prevention is one of the top concerns. Relevant authorities came up with detailed plans to provide health check up to all delegates during their stay in Vietnam and detect suspected cases of infection in order to isolate them immediately. Accordingly, military medical units sprayed liquid chemical sterilization at the meeting area. In addition, the Ministry of National Defence also directed military hospitals in Hanoi to ensure good readiness for treatment of suspected delegates.
