The send-off ceremony of Vietnamese shooting contingent to the 29th ASEAN Army Rifle Meet

(Bqp.vn) - A send-off ceremony of Vietnamese shooting contingent to 29th ASEAN Army Rifle Meet (AARM-29) in Indonesia was held at Mieu Mon National Training Center in Hanoi on November 11.

Addressing the ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the contingent in training and completing all preparations for the competition.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong tasked all Vietnamese firers with heightening the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, closely following the event’s regulations and the host country’s laws and customs, and enhancing friendship among militaries in the region. In addition, they were also asked to ensure absolute safety for both personnel and equipment.
