General Staff cares for policy beneficiaries in Ha Giang

(Bqp.vn) - A mission of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, led by its Political Chief, Major General Ho Thanh Tu, visited and presented gifts to needy policy beneficiaries in Ha Giang province from April 5-7.

The trip is part of the activities held in celebration of the 71st anniversary of the Day for Wounded Soldiers and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - 2018).

During the trip, delegates of the mission sent gifts to policy beneficiaries in difficulty and minority ethnic students patronized by Lung Cu Border Post. The mission also offered incense tribute to martyrs, who laid down their lives for the national safeguarding and construction cause, at Vi Xuyen war cemetery.
