Awarding match 3 prizes in five competition categories in AARM-24

(Bqp.vn) - 16.00 p.m Novermber 23, 2014, at Mieu Mon National Training Center (Ha Noi), the AARM-24 Organizing Committee awarded Medals for gunners obtaining excellent achievements in the competition of match 3 in 5 categories: rifle, machine gun, carbine, men pistol and ladies pistol. Major General Nguyen Khac Hat, Deputy Director of Military Training Department (the General Staff) presided over the ceremony.

The Organizing Committee awarded 8 sets of Medals to gunners. Indonesia Army shooting contingent continued their excellent competition to win three more gold medals; 3 silver medals and 4 bronze medals. Thailand Army shooting contingent won three gold medals; 3 silver medals; Singapore Army shooting contingent won one gold medal; Malaysia Army shooting contingent won one silver medal; Philippine Army shooting contingent won one silver medal. In the fourth day of competition, Vietnam People's Army shooting contingent won 4 more bronze medals.

Thus, until the end of the fourth day of competition (22/11) Indonesia Army shooting contingent continues to lead the table of medals. Vietnam People's Army shooting contingent has won 7 medals (including two silver medals, five bronze medals).
