(Bqp.vn) - On December 31st 2013, the Central Military Commission issued Resolution No.806-NQ/QUTW of international integration and defence diplomacy to the year 2020 and beyond. This created and brought the foundation for promoting international integration and defence diplomacy to new heights. This meant that all the goals and requirements in the construction of the nation and defence of the Homeland under the new conditions were met.
