(Bqp.vn) - The Vietnam People’s Army (VPA) reaffirmed its commitment to contributing to the building of a united, pro-active, adaptable, and sustainable ASEAN. This was the message delivered by General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Chief of the General Staff and Deputy Defense Minister of Vietnam, at the 22nd ASEAN Chiefs of Defense Forces Meeting (ACDFM-22), held on September 10 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
