(Bqp.vn) - A high-ranking delegation of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam, led by Defense Minister General Phan Van Giang, attended the 18th ASEAN Defense Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM-18) held in Vientiane, Laos on November 20. The event was under the chair of General Chansamone Chanyalath, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister of Laos.
