Army unit helps clear UXO for cultivation
(Bqp.vn) - The Thai Son Corporation, under the Ministry of National Defence, worked with the Bac Lieu provincial Command to launch a project to remove unexploded ordnances (UXO) left over from the war in the province’s localities.
Accordingly, the project, apart of the National Mine Action Program (Program 504), will release 1,800ha of land in Vinh Hau and Minh Dieu commune and Hoa Binh town in Hoa Binh district, Bac Lieu province, for crop production.
